Fully renovated to the highest standards in 2019, the property offers all the amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home. As you walk in to the unit you are suddenly immersed in a detailed design crafted by our in house design team. Hardwood floors, unique art, grasscloth wallpaper—is all complemented by a brick working fireplace. The living room contains clean gold accents combined with a modern grey velvet sofa. This theme is carried throughout the unit to the full bedroom with additional accent wallpaper and luxurious furnishings. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental.
